Kindness and strength aren’t opposites. They’re what clients deserve from their lawyer.
Hi—I’m Amanda. I’m glad you found me.
I take clients who have been harmed and want to feel seen, supported, and taken seriously. When you hire me, you can expect a proven trial lawyer who leads with kindness and compassion, and who is fully prepared to take your case to trial when accountability requires it. I believe the legal process should feel clear, human, and grounded, not overwhelming or confusing. My goal is for you to feel informed, respected, and steady as we move forward together.

About me, the attorney
I have focused my career advocating for plaintiffs in civil litigation because I enjoy making a real difference in people’s lives when they need it most. After graduating college, I worked in a law firm that represented individuals who had been catastrophically hurt because of someone else’s negligence. I saw the positive impact firsthand that holding those responsible had on plaintiffs’ lives and wellbeing. This experience drove me to go to law school and become a plaintiff’s lawyer.
What sets me apart is my knack for connecting with clients on a personal level. I’m a compassionate listener who understands that the legal process can be draining and I prioritize helping my clients pursue what is important to them. Litigation shouldn’t just about seeking justice; it should also be about finding mental and emotional closure. Mental health and wellbeing are often overlooked in the legal world, but I am striving to change this for the benefit of my clients and for the benefit of the practice of law.
That commitment carries into my work beyond individual cases. I serve on the Board of Governors for the Washington State Association for Justice and co-chair the Women of WSAJ section, where I focus on building community and supporting other women trial lawyers. I was honored to receive WSAJ’s Ready to Soar Award in 2024, which recognized my work advocating for clients with compassion and empathy, and my commitment to a fair justice system.
